  RECEIVING A JOB OFFER

You have been chosen out of several candidates, and you should feel very proud of yourself. However, you still must consider the following: You should read carefully your letter of offer and seek clarification on any points that you may not be comfortable with. Your CareerWise consultant will help you with this. Consider all aspects of the offer and evaluate if it appeals to your future plans. If you are happy with the offer, accept immediately by signing the letter and returning it to the company or your CareerWise consultant. Remember that you are required to have a successful medical examination before your new employer can accept you. It may be advisable to do this before you offer your resignation to your existing employer.
